Practice Makes Perfect

The girls J.V. swim team is proud to be in the middle of their best season yet! “Coach “T” and her J.V. girls have done an awesome job this year. I am particularly impressed with their camaraderie and work ethic,” said Aquatics Director, Cathy Manthey. They had a successful meet against Sacred Heart College Prep. On April 14, where they won with Valley at 123 and Sacred Heart at 59. Their individual and team scores for their respective events are as follows:

Girls 200 Yard Medley Relay:
