Participants already in planning stages

Even though the Christmas
holiday hasn’t approached us yet, some students from the
Art Department are already looking at what they plan to do during
Spring Break.
Mrs. Leighton Isaacs and the rest of the Art Department are planning
a trip to Paris. Yes, that Paris. Better start saving now; the
trip will cost around $1,000. But that’s not bad when you
include airfare, lodging, and meals. Students will be leaving
March 25, the Friday before Spring Break starts, and will be returning
April 4, the Monday we return back to school.
Those who attend this trip will have the chance to visit many
art museums and galleries, however, they will not be limited to
just the art sights. Ms. Mary Riley, the trip’s overseer,
says that the trip is for everyone. “It is geared toward
every student’s interest.” So while some students
can visit museums, others have the choice to hang out at the local
small cafés and even go shopping. The trip has just been
approved, so look forward to more details coming soon!
