The JV girls swimming has officially come to an end. Overall, the season was a success simply because each girl kept up good attitudes and great composure throughout the challenging league. Score is never as important as attitude. Whether they won every game, or lost every game in the season, they had more than one team bonding where they got to know each other more and more. During tournaments, and after meets they always got together and did something to continue growing as a team. Through this they truly learned to appreciate one another and ultimately they swam better because they knew that they had people to rely on to keep them up and support them.
Valley did not end up winning the WCAL finals, but they tried their hardest to stay motivated. They did their best throughout the whole season and despite their win/loss record, they never gave up and continued to put up a fight against each team they cam up against.
As the season is finally over, the ladies swam their hardest and gave their all. They will be back next season to once again bond with each other and swim like crazy!
