· What was your injury, and how/when did it happen?
“I sprained my ankle. It happened in late March and I was trying to move a hurdle out of the way and in doing so I hit another hurdle and my ankle went out.”

· What was your initial reaction to being injured?
“I was terrified. I was so mad that something like this could ever happen to me” 

· How did you stay motivated?
“I kept praying and hoping that God would help me through this difficult time.” 

· What was your commitment to the team while you were injured?
“I was still at every practice and every meet supporting my team all the way.”

 · What was your commitment to rehab?
“I was in rehab every day trying to stay positive and getting better.”

 · How has your injury affected your dedication to your sport?
“It affected me because I learned that when I am mentally strong, I am also strong physically.” 

· What Scripture verses helped you through this difficult time?
“Philippians 4:13- I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.”
