We here at the VCHS Warrior have our faults. Yes, that is a surprising revelation, but it is true. Sometimes, actually every time, we get pressed for time and mistakes slip through the cracks. Here is every single mistake we have made this past year. Actually it’s just a few.
Summer: a period of fruition, fulfillment, happiness, and beauty. It’s the most exciting, and anticipated time of the school year. Many people keep busy every second, while others go for the more relaxation-technique. Either way, summer should be a time to enjoy yourself, and do the things that you want to do. However, in spending time relaxing remember to limit unproductive down time. Immobility is not horrible, as long as it’s constructive. Exercise and staying healthy is easier during the summer, so there is no excuse! Take this opportunity to help your body out, and feel great doing it.

· Beach volleyball
· Basketball
Summer Fitness
· Stay active for at least an hour a day
· Drink a lot of water (at least 8 glasses)
· Eat moderately

· Honeydew melon
· Cranberries
· Blackberries
· Raspberries
· Strawberries
· Blueberries
· Mangoes
· Plums
· Blackcurrants
