Teacher Survey: What Would You Like to Say to the Class of 2006?

by Nicole Nielsen

Mrs. Delke: Remember to think before you speak, before you act, and especially before you consider walking away from Christ. Ask questions and keep some Christian mentors in your life. Finally, give the name of Christ its rightful place in your culture.

Mr. Sutherland: It is enough to be a servant and herald of God; to bask in the overflow of His excess glory, rather than seeking your own.

Mr. McElhatton: This has been my favorite class in the four years I have been teaching at Valley. I’ve developed great relationships with many students and will need a huge box of Kleenex at this graduation! I wish all the graduates a great college experience and all the blessings they truly deserve. I hope they’ll keep in touch.

Mr. McIntyre: You guys are awesome! Learn to truly enjoy the Lord- He loves you more than you can discover in a lifetime.

Mr. Coney: Thank you for giving me such a memorable year. I want to encourage all of you to go out and make the changes necessary to keep America going strong and to protect the God-given blessings that you have. I have known most of you for 4 years and I will miss you greatly. You are always an important part of my life and I will never forget any of you. Always remember the most important thing we learned this year in Gov’t/ Econ: Coney loves Starbucks!
