Emotions - Kaleidoscope
Dance department working hard to prepare
show

The Valley Christian dance
department is working hard in preparation for the upcoming student
choreographed dance show.
The new Emotions show is named Kaleidoscope, representative of
the many different styles of dance that will be showcased in the
performances. As well as the traditional styles of ballet and
tap dance, there will also be segments with a hip-hop, jazz, or
even swing flair. Though they are different in style of music
and dance, all the segments are tied together by the fact that
Valley dance students compose all the dance routines. These factors
contribute to make a very diverse dance show that can appeal to
a variety of people with different tastes.
As senior Allison Hahn stated, “It will be really neat to
see the work the students have done as well as their creativity
and talent.”
It promises to be an entertaining showcase of talent, so if you
are interested, the showings are: November 18, 19, and 20 at 7:29
pm in the Valley Christian theater. Tickets are $12 for adults
and $10 for students and seniors.
