Teacher Feature: Miss Klebig
by Kimberlie Anderson

When Miss Jordan Klebig is walking in the halls with her junior class, you may not recognize her as a teacher because she seems to fit right in with her youthful looks and bubbly personality. However, when you hear her teach a lesson, you’ll know right away she’s a teacher; and a very good one at that.

New to Valley Christian, Miss Klebig teaches English to freshmen and a “boisterous” group of juniors. She attended college at what she claims is “the most beautiful campus in the world”, UC Santa Barbara.

When asked what was the most memorable time at Valley so far, she answered, “I enjoy doing pranks on Trevin Craig with my 1st period class. I am also enjoying freshmen football games- especially when we win!” she smiled.

“My biggest challenge is learning how to communicate info to the kids and keeping up with every single person. Also, when the staff room runs out of chocolate cookies, I am very disappointed,” she giggled.

To all of the Valley students that are fortunate enough to have Miss Klebig as a teacher, she would like to say to you, “I hope everybody finds a piece of literature they love in this class.”
