After a tough season, the girls varsity water polo has finally ended. The team had a great start, winning the Lincoln Tournament in the beginning of the year, but sadly due to the loss of last year’s seniors, the team was unable to successfully motivate themselves the same. “We only won one league game this year,” stated Alex Wells. “We’re looking forward to next year” however, “as long as the team is dedicated and starts practicing early summer.” Now that it’s all over, the team can finally hang up their swimming caps and relax for the rest of the year.
